Merge Items not doing anyting [Windows 10, Zotero 5.0.82]

I am trying to merge two entries in my library. I highlight both of them and then choose "Merge Items..." after right-clicking to get the context menu. Nothing happens. No feedback, no merge. Just nothing. If I click "Export Items...", then something happens, so it seems to just be the Merge command.

Anyone else having this problem?

    When you select "Merge Items…", the right-hand pane should change to a merge interface. What are you seeing there?

    Can you provide a Debug ID for a merge attempt that fails?
