Upgrade Storageproblem citing. it is for my degree work, I need help.
I tried to delete an appointment and now in the bibliography jump from one number to another.
I deleted the bibliographic quotation even from "my library" but in the word document when quoting it appears to be saved as "cited" and it necessarily jumps to another number, because the one I tried to delete is 44 and now jumps from 43 to 45.
I closed zotero and word and even uninstalled zotero and reinstalled it but the error continues.
