I have installed Zotero 5.0 on Windows (64bit) OS. I have tried all possible methods (mentioned on https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_manual_installation) to install Zotero word addin but have not been able to get it done. Kindly suggest a possible solution.
