How to Make "Move" the Default Action instead of "Copy" When Dragging Items to Collections?

Currently, "Copy" is the default action when one drags an item to a collection, and "Move" is done with CMD/Shift+dragging.
Is there a way to reverse that?
So that "Move" becomes the default (just drag) and "Copy" becomes drag+key??
