I upgraded my storage plan to Unlimited, however still getting this message:

"You have reached your Zotero File Storage quota. Some files were not uploaded. Other Zotero data will continue to sync to the server.

See your account settings for additional storage options."

tried restarting both the app and computer and same error occours
  • You're likely trying to sync with a different account — you only have a handful of items in the account you're posting from and no files. You can see the account being used in the Sync pane of the preferences.

    To transfer your storage subscription to the account you're using for syncing, email with a link to this thread.
