I hope there's information in the error report that can help figure out what may be wrong.

I just added an entry to Zotero when I noticed a red exclamation point that says something along the lines of too many sync attempts. The program has been open for a while, maybe a few hours to a day or two. I honestly don't remember.

I don't know what caused the error, nor do I know how to duplicate it. I hope this helps in determining what is wrong.

    If you can reproduce it, we'd want to see a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync attempt that triggers it.

    If you can't reproduce it, don't worry about it.
