Hi,

When I move an article from one group library to another, the tags that were added to this item (an article for example) are not following.

Is there anyone that can help me with that?

Is "Tags" checked in the Groups section in the General pane of the preferences?

If so, the only other case where this wouldn't happen is if the item already exists in the target library (including in the trash), in which case Zotero currently won't actually re-copy it. You'd need to delete the item in the target library and empty the trash. (We'll be making it easier in a future version to apply item changes across libraries.)
