Footer issue

Hi,

when I add a citation, the note always goes in the footer note instead of the field. I have an exponent roman numeral in the field to refer in the footer.

Document Preference=>field check
Same issue with any citation style

Word 2019, zotero V5.0.72

I'm afraid I don't follow. Which citation style are you using? Try writing in your native language, might be easier for us to follow.

J'utilise le style de citation Vancouver (mais j'ai le même problème en APA).

Dès que je souhaite insérer une référence, word me la mets systématiquement en bas de page et non dans le corps du texte. Ma copine n'a pas ce soucis là sur son ordinateur.
Le problème viendrait d'un paramètre de Zotero ou de word?
