Transfering large collections from "My Library" to Group Library

I have just created a group library but I am having trouble transferring collections from My Library to the group library. It works for small collections (10-20 entries), but it does not work for large collections. I have some very large collections with hundreds and thousands of entries. Has anyone had success transferring large collections into Group Libraries?

    Can you provide a Debug ID for a drag attempt that fails?

    I don't know where I would find this, I'm not seeing an error. The collection with 600 entries did successfully transfer eventually. The one with 5000+ entries copied about 3000 entries into the "unfiled" folder of the group library, then Zotero hung up. No error was reported.

    Where do I find a debug ID?
