Upgrade StorageGroup Library Sync will not work; Debug

I am working on a Mac laptop, and I just downloaded it so it is up to date. On the Zotero downloaded platform, I do not have an option for group libraries. I am looking to sync a library from a professor so I can add citations to it. I looked to sync the library that I was invited to onto the downloaded zotero window, the library shows up and it is clicked but it is not showing up in my left window, or anywhere. I can access it online, in my account, and everything, but not on downloaded window. It is not even there as an option, there is no sync green thing still spinning, that never happened. I never recieved a syncing error and I am sure that I am logged in the same account for the .org and downloaded window.
