Group and library items deleted

Hi all,
When I connected to Zotero today, I discover that a group i have created doesn't exist and the same with a lot of items in my library. knowing that my hard drive is dead and I have no other backup, can I recover my stuff ?

This sounds like you're just looking in the wrong account. There's no way for a group to disappear on its own.
