Not able to sync with Zotero - Error Report 980478146

Zotero works fine on my PC at the office, but my MAC doesn't seem to want to sync. Whenever syncing is attempted, a dropdown box appears telling me there's something wrong with my internet connection, but the Wi-Fi is fine.
