Zotero doesn't work anymore with Mac after the latest update

After the latest Update of Zotero it always says an error occurred with the document when I want to use a citation. And it doesn´t make a difference if it´s a new, empty document or the one I am currently working on. The document is 35 pages, so it would be a lot of work to check every single citation. Is there another way?

    Upgrade to Zotero 5.0.67.3 from Help → "Check for Updates…"

    ok thanks! I degraded to the former version, then it worked again. But if you say so I will upgrade to the latest version

    Yes, there was a brief bug in 5.0.67 with Word 2011. It's fixed in 5.0.67.3.
