PDF not importing from chrome connector

Debug ID is D469913255

When I click the chrome connector icon it will create an item on my Zotero but it cannot import the PDF regardless of whether I am on the article page on PubMed or the open source journal or on the PDF itself.

Can you provide a Debug ID from Zotero (rather than the Zotero Connector)?
