Failed to record relative path of attachment in 5.0.65 linux version

Hi, there. I use a software to sync my Zotero data and my attachments. In Edit -> Preferences -> Advanced -> Files and Folders, the Base directory has been set to the home folder of my user account. By Ctrl+Shift+drag a pdf file, the parent metadata was successfully built and the linked file can be opened in linux. However, the side pane shew that only the filename was recorded, without any relative sub-paths to the home folder. When I changed to a osx version, the attachment cannot be opened and needs to be located again. It happens after some upgrading recently. Is it a bug? How can I work around it?

The right-hand pane only ever shows the filename, not the path, so that's not relevant.

You can look at the debug output for an attempt to open the file on the Mac to see where it's actually looking.
