I am getting the error message "Zotero was unable to load translators and styles" whenever I open Zotero or try to cite something in the word. I tried resetting the translator and styles, as well as changing all the permissions to "read and write" for all users, but it is still giving me the same error. I also tried to remove and reinstall the program, but it still gives me the same error. I can't even export my libraries. Please advise.

You can try deleting the 'styles' and 'translators' directories in your Zotero data directory and restarting Zotero. If all goes well, they'll be recreated automatically and that will fix things. If not, there's likely still a problem with either file permissions in the directories above that or security software on your system interfering with Zotero's ability to access the disk.
