My Library is available on desktop, but empty online

It's been awhile since I used Zotero (was a bit turned off during the big change), but find myself missing it. Thankfully, my old folders were still intact when I downloaded new desktop version, and I can add new folders and it'll appear on desktop, but nothing is populated in my online account. not even recently developed folders. (and I don't see a "synch" icon. I've tried on both Chrome and Firefox. help! (and thanks in advance)

You don't have a round green arrow at the top right? That should be the sync icon. You can also go into the preferences and put your account info into the sync tab and check "sync automatically".

@corina_mc, it sounds like you may be looking for a sync button on the website instead of in Zotero? You need to sync the local program for anything to appear online.
