Synchronisation problem

I have a synchronisation problem with uploading pdf-files. The upload does not work properly and the green arrow keeps on spinning. The problem is not solved by connecting/deconnecting or login/logout. Can somebody here please give me hint what to do? Thanks a lot!

What does it say in the tooltip if you hover over the sync icon?

Can you provide a Report ID?
