[Beta] Tag filter persists even if changing collection or library

Recently, the tag filter behavior has changed so that when a tag is selected, that selection stays when the user changes collections or libraries, even if the tag is not present in the newly selected collection or library. If the tag is not present in a new collection, the filter cannot be removed, but it is still possible to see that the tag is selected if the "Display all tags in library" option is enabled. If the tag is not present in a new collection, the filter cannot be removed, and it is also impossible to see why it is that no items can be found.
