word/ zotero issue

hello, I am trying to put Zotero onto Microsoft word (i got a new computer). I can not find it on Microsoft. I did the workaround through Zotero and was successful but it only works 1 time. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Ok, I got a new computer and downloaded office 360 student and zotero. I can not get zotero onto word. Zotero is not showing on the add-in menu. I can activate zotero through the C drive but it will not be there when I open up word again. I did not have this problem on my old computer
