Upgrade StorageHelp with Word plug-in (2016) - manual install lacking files
Hi - have been looking around the FAQ but can't find help.
Trying to get Word plugin to work.
Installed Zotero hub (tools>add-ons>Extensions>Options) tells me that Word add-on should be installed but it doesn't appear.
There's nothing in my Word plug-ins area (My plug-ins).
For the manual installation I see recommended, my Zotero folder only contains the subfolders "locate" "storage" "styles" and "translators", nothing called "extension".
I've tried uninstalling and re-installing straight from website but no new "extension" folder.
Any help is much appreciated!

The suggested file string:
C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Zotero\Zotero\Profiles\
Doesn't quite work as I have no "AppData" subheading. Under the subfolder there's just the Zotero folder.
If this is the case, I'm guessing it's just a networked PC issue?
or copy-paste the path you gave directly into the address bar in Windows Explorer rather than trying to click through.
