Merging files

I downloaded references from Scopus and added notes on all whether to include/exclude each in my review. I just saw that only 344 out of 364 were downloaded; a separate file has all 364 but I don't want to have to go through all of them to see which 20 need to be reviewed. Is there any way to merge the files?
I appreciate any all help!

How did you download the initial 344? Are those in a separate file or directly downloaded to Zotero?

They are in a separate file on Zotero.

I don't quite understand still in what format you have these, but exporting to CSV and comparing in Excel should work reasonably well. There's nothing more automated.
