Style Error: American Psychological Association 6th edition

The existing CSL for APA 6th edition includes the place of publication and publisher in its bibliography entry for books, regardless of whether the book is in print or electronic form.
The APA indicates that ebooks should be referenced without place and publisher, as shown here:

Can the CSL be updated to exclude the place and publisher for citations that include either a URL or a DOI (indicating electronic form)?
