Unable to save snapshots

I'm unable to save a snapshots on certain sites, either in Firefox or Chrome. I get a RED X in the small popup.

Win error 2 during operation move on file C:\Users\[…]\Zotero\storage\tmp-7RRS06 (The system cannot find the file specified.

There's a good chance this is due to security software on your system preventing Zotero from properly saving files. You can try temporarily disabling any software you're running to see if that helps.

I disabled my security software, I got the same issue, submitted the debug ID D1835505918.

I ran Zotero as admin while the security software was off and got the same issue.

I cleared the cache of Firefox restarted it , got the same result.
