library is still empty after done recommended steps

My library is still empty after I tried all the recommendet steps: sync, be sure I am in the right profile in firefox, reinstalled the stand alone and the firefox plugin, be sure that the data is in the right place: it shows user--> zotero --> and than locate/storage etc. When Iam using the word plugin word finds the entrys, also the etnrys are shown when I am logged in at zotero homepage. But in the library there is nothing. Thanks in advance for help!

    If the Word add-on works, it sounds like this is just a display issue. Could you take a screenshot of your empty library, post to a free image hosting site (imgur.com, dropbox, etc.) and link to it here?

    It's possible you simply closed the left-hand collections pane, in which case you can open it again by clicking along the left edge.
