Upgrade StorageIntegration Error - 695217543
I am trying to update the citations for a Word document I'm editing. However, when I try to edit/ update/ delete the citations or bibliography, I get the following message:
Zotero experienced an error updating your document. the operation couldn't be completed. (OSStatus error - 1743.) @[getDocument:application.m:"81"]
I have re-installed the plug-in to Microsoft word, run the terminal command " tccutil reset AppleEvents", and re-started my Mac. Nothing has helped and I keep getting this error message.

dstillmanYou're running an old version of Zotero. You'll need to upgrade to Zotero 5. I'd guess that you're also running an outdated version of Word. (E.g., if you're using Word 2011, you need to be running version 14.7.7.)
