Chicago author-date v17 bibliography problem

When two different works by the same author are entered into a list, when the bibliography is created the second author appears as a short line and not as a name. Deliberately putting in a leading character to the second entry means the listing then works but, of course, needs to have the extra character removed and the entry relocated in its proper order. When single entries are turned into bibliographies they show as they should in a test file.
  • 3 em dashes to substitute for repeated authors in the bibliography is correct as per Chicago Manual (see sections 15.17 through 15.20)
