Upgrade StorageTags Renaming and Text Transformation

Hope all of you have great time. There is a feature (technically in macOS, however one can simply write a code for the feature) that can transform a phrase into the title case format. However, besides the usefulness of this property, which you can use to format the title of an item, you cannot use that for Tags. For the clarification, please look at the images. It would be very nice if we can do that.
