My Zotero was working but now not work.

Zotero cannot access your login information, possibly due to a corrupted Zotero logins database.

Close Zotero, remove cert8.db, key3.db, and logins.json from your Zotero profile directory, and re-enter your Zotero login information in the Sync pane of the Zotero preferences.

I remove cert8.db, key3.db, and logins.json files from Zotero profile directory. Remove Mozilla Firefox.
But still not working.
  • This could be due to security software on your system interfering with Zotero, so you could try temporarily disabling any that you're running.

    If that doesn't help, I would just close Zotero and then rename the Profiles folder (the one containing profiles.ini) to Profiles-Old. When Zotero restarts, it will create a new Profiles folder with a new profile, and hopefully this will be fixed. You can then close Zotero again and copy the prefs.js file from the old profile to the new one, which will restore most of your settings. If you're using syncing, you'll need to set that up again.
