I do not understand why the Zotero desktop version would show that error. Please help understand and fix this issue. Thanks!
  • What error? (It's important to report the actual problem you're experiencing in addition to providing Report ID.)

    If you're referring to "Too many sync attempts -- stopping", we'd want to see a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync attempt that produced the error.
