Reporting Error #1747029044 and question

Hi there. I'm new to Zotero and have been spending some time going through the documentation to get set up. I think I'm good now, except for two things:

First, I keep getting this error message: "Your WebDAV server returned an HTTP 500 error for a PUT request." I use WebDAV to sync to my pCloud. What could the problem be?

Second, I want to import metadata without also importing tags. I have the "automatically tag items with keywords..." box unchecked, but still a lot of tags (in orange) have been added to my list. This messes up my own tagging system; is there any way to get rid of these tags without deleting each one individually?

    A 500 is an unspecified error from your WebDAV server, so you'd have to ask them. For reference, it was for a PUT to https://webdav.pcloud.com/zotero/7BWNWYH3.prop.
