Error Saving bibliographic information

I submitted the error report (Report Id: 1754799225). I just installed Zotero and the connector and it worked fine last night after I installed it. Now I cannot import bibliographic information at all from the Phillips Seminary library. I keep getting the error message: "An error occurred saving with Primo. Attempting to save using Embedded Metadata instead." I'm not sure what is happening. Please help.

There is a current issue with the Primo translator. We believe it's caused by the vendor, ExLibris, that supplies & supports the Primo catalog (used by Phillips Seminary and many others) and waiting to hear back. See https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/comment/316216
