Unable to sync - Error ID 277735169

Hi. I am unable to get the new documents I added yesterday at the office (Windows 10) with my laptop (ArchLinux). In both platforms I have the newest version.

The storage folder is in the physical disk, there is no errors in the database as the checks are passed.

The sync process is very slow, and every time I restart Zotero the sync begins at the same point (19 documents left). Currently there is 1 left, but I suppose it is going to fail...

What can I do? Could I provide you more information?

UPDATE: after accessing my office pc and forcing a new sync, all is working now :/. Sorry for the inconvenience!
