difficulty with citing in word

Hi All,

I have been using zotero for awhile on an old macbook air and really love it, was running word 2011 and zotero 4. I just got a new macbook and have zotero v5, on word 2011, but the plug-in is not showing up. I checked the extensions, mac integration appears enabled. Tried reinstalling and redownloading a couple times.

Do you have any other ideas?

It's not showing up in the apple script menu either?

Actually, it started working or I was just hiding it. Saw it when I did the show developers tab.

Appreciate your help and time. Lurking on the forums seems like everyone spends a lot of time trying to troubleshoot individual problems.
