Unable to open files in zotero

I have downloaded zotero on safari and also have the app on my mac. When browsing the web I can easily save anything to my zotero library but then I am unable to open it again. If i click on any of the articles in my library a tab on safari pops up called EBSCOhost login and it asks me to log in. I login in using my zotero username and password but it says the details are not recognisable. Also my library on this site is empty which is also confusing.

For the first one, is that only true for pages on EBSCO? because I do thinke we have a problem saving their content. Anything else should work, though.

yeah it seems to only be true for some and not others. I have now synced my library using the link so thank you for the help!
