Word plugin not showing

Hi! Please help. I cannot get my Word Zotero plugin to show.
In Zotero (5) it is enabled in the Add Ins tab.
In Word, in the customise ribbon tab, I have enabled 'Developer'.
It does not appear as a Add On option.
I have tried following the steps for manual installation but there is no sign of a folder containing "Zotero.dotm".
I have also re-installed Zotero to no avail.
What can I do?
