Startup errors

Hello,
Zotero doesn't start and shows the following error message :
"Une erreur s'est produite lors du démarrage de Zotero."
I tried to reinstall the program, to restart the computer but it sill doesn't work. So I did the procedure to report errors and here is the Debug ID given : D2039437478

    This is likely due to security software or file permissions on your system preventing Zotero from writing to one of the .rdf files in your Zotero profile directory. Try disabling your security software or checking the file permissions in the profile directory (or just deleting various .rdf files, which will be recreated).
