Sync problem without error

Hello,

I'm having a sync problem in my group and I am not sure how to solve it. In my group (three members) sync works fine for two people. But the third person has issues. She is a member of our group, she is logged in with her account but sync does not work. She can see the group folder, but it is empty. There is no error code or red exclamation mark or anything else, it seems to work fine, but there are no items (or subfolders) in her list. The same thing happens when she checks her library online.
Any ideas?
