files not syncing to Computer B

I use Zotero standalone on multiple computers. I capture citations and upload PDFs at work, and I can tell they make it to the cloud, but they won't download to my computer at home. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Zotero at home, but no go. Here's my Debug ID: D821233936. Thanks!
