Zoter Connector not working for Firefox

Hi,

I cannot make the zotero connector work on my Firefox.
I don't know what to do. I don't have any Ad-Block or anything.
They say to whitelist it. But I don't know how to.

I sent out the bug and it gave me this report ID : 652325559.

If anybody is available to help me, would really appreciate it !

What exactly is happening when you say the connector is not working?

It says in preference that Zotero is currently unavailable even though it's open.
Then it redirects me to a "ping" page which doesn't load.
I'm using a free network without proxy.

I disabled my antivirus program (Norton) but still no luck.

There's really nothing more we can tell you than what's on there. If you can't load the ping page, either Zotero isn't running or something on your system is interfering with your browser's ability to load that page.
