I cannot login Zotero to setup syncing

Hi, I am new to use Zotero, and I have created an account on Zotero official web. I am now using it on PC with Window 10.

Unfortunately, I cannot login Zotero to setup syncing.

I just followed the instruction ( Edit->Preferences->Sync), put my username and password that I created for my account, then clicked the button [Set up syncing], but a while later, a pop-up coming up with a message "invaild username or password".

The username and pw have been confirmed many times, but the error still happened!

Any suggestions will be appreciated very much.
