Change references in word from RefWorks to Zotero

I imported my references from RefWorks to Zotero. I tried to change my footnotes in the word document (that I already created using RefWorks) from RefWorks to Zotero, but I cannot figure out how this works.
Does anyone know if there is an easy way to change already existing footnotes from RefWorks to Zotero? Or do I have to change everything manually?

    No, there is no way to convert citations in Word from RefWorks to Zotero automatically.
