Upgrade StorageProblems Pulling Citation from Zotero
I work at a Library and I had a student come up to me with a problem I had never seen before.
They had a citation in the Zotero standalone version. When they attempted to pull that citation using Word and the red search bar popped up, they were unable to find the citation searching for the author's name.
They could do this with other authors. Any suggestions?

sesosmaiI should also add, we restarted both Word and Zotero and they have a Windows-based unit.

sesosmaiI apologize, I just found out it was because he copied and pasted the umlaut for the name into zotero instead of typing it in.
