how creating new bibliography standard?

Hi there. Write from National Library of Mongolia. Our country has started using your zotero software. Unfortunately, currently our Mongolian Bibliography style standard is not available in your zotero firmware, we would like to officially register your standard for your application. Can you help us explain what works in Mongolian bibliography style to do?
