Different types of citations

Hi group,

How could I insert cites in Word in different formats:

for example

bla bla bla (Velazquez et al. 1990) or bla bla bla say by Velazquez et al. (1990)

use supprress author in the Word add-on and type Velazquez et al. by hand for the second part
