Zotero not working

Hi,

My Zotero is not working. When you click on the icon on chrome it does not save the article on Zotero. Also, I have reinstalled Zotero and it still does not respond.

Hi,

I have followed the steps and it does not save. This is one of that would not save https://www-healthaffairs-org.proxy-um.researchport.umd.edu/doi/abs/10.1377/hlthaff.2010.0747. I updated Zotero to the 5.0.43 version and have uninstalled and installed the chrome extension.

Does it happen only for proxied pages, or, say, on an Amazon product page as well?

And what happens, exactly? Do you get an error, or does nothing happen? Can you reproduce it reliably if you reload the page?

When I click on Zotero on chrome nothing happens and it does not save the page or article.

It is happening with pages that are scientific journals, however, Amazon page saves on Zotero
