Not saving but says it is
Zotero had been working on my mac, but it's no longer saving the references I need. I've followed the troubleshooting instructions but it's still not working.
I'm trying to save a reference through GaleGroup, which I is a gated resource that I have access to from home as a member of my public library (by going through the library's website, clicking on Academic OneFile and entering my library card number).
It still works to save from other sites (e.g., Amazon), but that isn't what I need.
The URL of the page that isn't working is:

In the pop-up when I try to save it says: Saving to [folder icon] incarceration [which is the folder in My Library in Zotero that I'd been trying to save it to. Zotero is open on my computer].
I have Zotero version 5.0.37
