Help importing rwb file

I changed institutions several years back from one that used Refworks to now one that recommends using Zotero. I was recently able to access my old Refworks account and e-mail myself a backup file from Refworks that has the extension rwb. I tried importing this into Zotero using the Import tool but I get the error message that the file type is not supported. I went back to the Refworks site to try to download it as a different file type and found that they've now locked out alums and I can't get in. Is there any simple way of converting this file type to one that is supported by Zotero?
