Decisions of International Organizations

Hello - In everyone's experience, what is the best way to cite the decisions of international organizations (e.g. the IAEA, the OPCW), or country statements made at international fora? Thanks.

    Nothing ideal, but in general report works best for most things that are published in some formal way but definitely aren´t books.
