Upgrade Storageattachement window keeps poping up but no item found

Hi
I am experiencing a problem with a damaged / empty attachement file. Sometimes, quite regularely, although not every time I open a new tab, a zotero window with the name zotero//attachement/3087/ keeps poping up. Inside the window, it says Item not found
I cannot do anything with it, but close it. Then it pops up again.
I have tried to reset the library with the storage, but no help in that. I am also not an IT person, so to look into advanced settings is not an option for me.
I would be happy, if someone could help!
